Casting methods include shell mold, green sand, no-bake sand, investment, lost foam, foam, and P-mold castings in carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, ductile iron, ADI, aluminum, and bronze alloys. By matching the casting process to the production requirements of the component, we support a broad range of part sizes, geometries, and service conditions, with casting weights up to 3,000 kg.
IBCC provides multiple forging solutions for components requiring superior strength, durability, and material integrity. Capabilities include open die, closed die, upset, ring rolled, vertical extrusion, and cold forged components in carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys. Our forging capabilities support a wide range of component configurations and demanding service environments, with forging weights up to 5,000 kg.
