IBCC has three physical plants engaged in ultra precision CNC machining and assembly. Within these operations we house our material supplier quality engineering, manufacturing supplier quality and fulfilment teams, and of course our manufacturing engineering.
ISO Certified — All factories are ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified and several are undergoing ISO 14000 certification as well. All factories are well-versed in AIAG defect prevention methodology.
40+ Years of ExcellenceOur supplier management certifies and utilizes over 30 suppliers of raw material for turnkey support of our client base. Our Shanghai Protech factory is our primary engineering and process development center, with Ningbo and Xuzhou operations performing a majority of the physical plant area and machining operations. Our operations comprise over 20 acres of operations in the three locations and we employ over 250 personnel in country. We have in-house MPI, Coordinate measurement, ultra part cleaning, painting and other secondary operations. All IBCC factories exemplify 6S and fully implemented APQP processes. We have been audited numerous times by Fortune 1000 OE’s and are certified to the most current ISO and IATR standards.
